Terms & Conditions – Vendors/Affiliates
For everyone who sells or promotes on PayVenia. These apply in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.
Last updated September 22, 2026
1. The agreement
This is an agreement between you and PayVenia. By creating a vendor or affiliate account you accept it, together with the general Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. You act as an independent business, not as an employee or agent of PayVenia.
2. Verification
Before your first payout you must verify your identity: a government ID, a live photo of you holding it, your address and — where required — a US tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN). The details must be true and kept up to date. We may ask for more information at any time and may refuse or end an account we cannot verify.
3. Vendors: products
- You are the seller. You are responsible for your product, its sales page, delivery, support, guarantees and for complying with the law where you sell.
- Every new product, and every material change to a live one (name, description, price, category, sales page, payment type), is reviewed by PayVenia before it can be sold.
- We may reject a product, ask you to change it, or stop it from being sold at any time, with a message explaining why. You can edit and resubmit it.
- You set your refund period and your affiliate commission. The buyer sees both before paying.
4. Products that are not allowed
- anything illegal, counterfeit, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- weapons, drugs, adult content, gambling, and financial “get rich quick” schemes;
- products with false or unprovable claims about health, income or results;
- prices or payment terms that are misleading or unreasonable for the product.
5. Affiliates: promotion
- You promote only through your own tracked links. A 30-day cookie carries the referral to checkout.
- No spam, no misleading claims, no fake reviews, no bidding on a vendor's brand name unless they allow it, and no incentives the vendor has not approved.
- A vendor can approve, set special terms for, or block an affiliate on their products.
- Commission is earned on paid sales and is reversed if the sale is refunded or charged back.
6. Fees
PayVenia charges 7.5% of the sale + $1.00 per transaction, taken from the vendor's share. There is no monthly fee. The affiliate commission is paid from the vendor's share.
7. Payouts
- Payouts run on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th of each month (weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, as you choose), moved to the next business day around weekends and US bank holidays.
- Your first payout is made on the first payout day at least 30 days after your first sale.
- 20% of each share is held as a reserve for 60 days to cover refunds and chargebacks, then released automatically.
- The minimum payout is $50.00. Smaller balances roll over to the next run.
- You must have a verified account and a valid payout method. Fees charged by the receiving bank or for currency conversion are yours.
8. Refunds and chargebacks
When a buyer asks for a refund or disputes a payment, the vendor (and the affiliate, where there is one) has 24 hours to resolve it with the buyer before PayVenia decides. Refunds and chargebacks are taken from the vendor's and affiliate's balances, and from the reserve where needed. If a balance goes negative, it is recovered from future sales.
9. Holds and suspension
We may put payouts on hold, stop a product, or suspend an account if we see a high refund or chargeback rate, suspected fraud, a breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. We will tell you why where the law allows, and release what is yours once the reason is resolved. For questions write to compliance@payvenia.com.
10. Taxes
You are responsible for your own income taxes and for any tax that applies to what you sell. Where the law requires it, we report payments to the tax authorities (for example on Form 1099 for US persons).
11. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. Balances that are yours are paid out on the normal schedule once the reserve period has passed. We may end the agreement for a breach of these terms or where required by law.
12. Changes
We will tell you by email at least 14 days before a change to fees or payout terms takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the change.
